We are seeking an experienced Technical Supervisor to oversee technical operations, manage field technicians, and ensure smooth installation and maintenance of network services. The Technical Supervisor will ensure service quality, minimize downtime, and support technical team performance.
- ✅ Key Responsibilities
Supervise fiber technicians and technical support staff
Monitor installation, maintenance, and repair activities
Ensure network uptime and service quality standards
Handle complex technical issues and escalations
Plan and assign daily technical tasks
Maintain equipment inventory and technical reports
Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures
✅ Required Skills / Specifications
Strong knowledge of fiber optic and ISP network systems
Experience in troubleshooting network and connectivity issues
Leadership and team management skills
Ability to analyze technical problems and provide solutions
Knowledge of routers, switches, OLT/ONT, and network tools
Good reporting and coordination skills
Diploma/Degree in Telecom, IT, or related field preferred
2+ years of technical experience (supervisory experience preferred)
