Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related technical or management field from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 4–6 years of professional experience in network operation, field supervision, or technical management, preferably in Internet Service Provider (ISP) or Telecommunication companies.
- Strong technical background and practical experience in FTTH, Wireless Networks and Network Backbone Maintenance.
- Proven ability to lead field technicians, NOC teams and maintenance staff while ensuring smooth, uninterrupted network service.
- Sound knowledge of OLT configuration, POP management, tower link maintenance, and power backup systems (UPS, Solar, Battery, Genset).
- Expertise in network troubleshooting, device configuration (Mikrotik, Huawei, Ubiquiti, etc.), and PON architecture.
- Capable of maintaining technical reports, daily logs, and equipment inventory control.
- Strong understanding of network safety protocols and the ability to enforce proper field safety standards during operation and maintenance activities.
- Excellent coordination, leadership, and decision-making skills to manage 24/7 operations and emergency technical issues.
- Hands-on knowledge of network monitoring tools, Google Sheets/Excel-based reporting, and incident escalation procedures.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience managing multi-regional technical teams and NOC-to-field synchronization.
