Chief Business Officer (CBO)

Qualification & Experience:

  • Master’s/Bachelor’s Degree in the Management Sector, Strategic Management, Marketing, Economics, or a related field from a recognized university.
  • Minimum 7–10 years of progressive experience in corporate leadership, business operations, or commercial management, preferably in ISP, Telecom, or Technology sectors.
  • Proven record of achieving organizational growth, market expansion, and profitability enhancement through strategic planning and execution.
  • In-depth understanding of ISP business models, network operations, pricing strategies, customer acquisition and retention, and revenue forecasting.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead large cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Technical) and align them toward achieving the company’s business objectives.
  • Experience in preparing annual business plans, marketing campaigns, and budget utilization reports with measurable performance outcomes.
  • Strong command over data-driven decision-making, performance monitoring, and key business analytics tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and public relations-building skills to manage partnerships with corporate clients, government offices, and vendors.
  • Capable of representing the company at a strategic and executive level, ensuring long-term sustainability and brand growth.
  • Sound knowledge of Nepal’s telecom/ISP regulatory framework, competitive market trends, and modern digital marketing practices.
  • Leadership qualities that inspire innovation, accountability, and operational excellence across all departments.
