Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (BBA/BBS), Management, Marketing, or Information Technology from a recognized university.
    (Master’s Degree in a relevant field will be an added advantage.)
  • Minimum 4–6 years of experience in regional operations, sales & marketing, or branch management, preferably in ISP, Telecom, or service-based organizations.
  • Proven ability to manage multi-branch operations, coordinate between head office and field teams and ensure achievement of sales and customer service targets.
  • Strong understanding of ISP marketing trends, package management, customer behavior and local market dynamics.
  • Hands-on experience in team leadership, field monitoring and performance evaluation of branch-level staff.
  • Competence in preparing regional business plans, collection reports, stock utilization reports and branch performance analyses.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to develop strong relations with clients, vendors, and local stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in reporting, documentation, and use of MS Office/Google Workspace tools for daily operation tracking.
  • Ability to work under pressure, lead a distributed team, and handle operational challenges in remote or semi-urban areas.
  • Preference will be given to candidates having prior work experience with FTTH/Wireless ISPs or in technical-commercial coordination roles.
