• FTTH Network Architecture and Design Governance
• FTTH Network Development and Expansion Planning
• Management and Optimization of Existing FTTH Network
• Core, Backbone, Distribution, and Access Network Operations
• Network Performance, KPI, and SLA Compliance Management
• Change, Configuration, and Capacity Management
• OLT, PON, and ONU Infrastructure Management
• IP Routing, BGP, IPv4/IPv6, and Traffic Engineering Oversight
• Network Security, DDoS Mitigation, and Risk Management
• Documentation, SOP Development, and Process Enforcement
• Team Leadership, Training, and Performance Management
• Vendor, Upstream Provider, and Cross-Department Coordination
• Technical Reporting, Compliance, and Regulatory Support
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Telecom, Computer Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years’ experience in ISP network operations, including 2+ years in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, IPv4/IPv6, and FTTH network design
• Experience with network devices (MikroTik, Cisco, Juniper) and monitoring tools
• Proven ability to manage 24×7 NOC operations and lead incident resolution
• Good team leadership, communication, and documentation skills
• ISP certifications and experience in FTTH deployment are a plus
