Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma with extensive field experience in Electronics, Network Engineering or a related discipline from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in FTTH / Wireless Network Project Execution, Field Supervision, or Infrastructure Deployment within the ISP or Telecommunication sector.
- Proven track record in planning, supervising, and completing technical projects such as fiber backbone expansion, tower installations, and POP setups within deadlines.
- Strong knowledge of fiber route planning, civil works coordination, splicing, OTDR testing, and network quality validation.
- Expertise in technical material estimation, site survey, BoQ preparation, and vendor/contractor supervision.
- Experience handling third-party contractors and subcontract teams, ensuring compliance with company quality and safety standards.
- Proficiency in project reporting, progress tracking, and field documentation using Google Sheets, Excel, or Project Management tools.
- Ability to handle technical stock records, material reconciliation, and site-wise progress updates.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills for cross-department collaboration (NOC, Store, Accounts, Operation).
- Must be capable of managing multiple project sites simultaneously and responding effectively to on-site challenges.
- Candidates with experience in fiber network expansion in hilly or remote areas will be given high preference.
